blast from the past.

I never thought I'd repost previous blog entries, but this one in particular is an excellent summation of what is going on in my head and how I've been feeling recently (although I must note that not all that is written pertains to my life right now).

Isn't interesting how full-circle life really is?

This blog is in the process of a transformation: From ED, to ME.

  1. I didn't know you were posting again! I can't wait to read you new blog of YOU and not ED!

  2. Can't wait to see the changes on your blog! So awesome that you are focusing on you! You desrve it!!

  3. can't wait to see this YOU inspired blog :)
and thank you so much for your comment. I'll take that advice to heart.

  4. I love this post :) You are so right, self acceptance of the things that have happened is the only way to work through them.

Can't wait to hear more from you!

    You. Are. Simply. Incredible! :)

  5. What a wonderful and well written post. You are so wise and perceptive! I'm so happy to hear that you are in such a good place right now!

  6. You are great.
Your blast from the bast was an inspiring reflection upon happiness. Change is what life is all about, and we can not rely on external things to secure our happiness, as they'll change.
We should try to find happiness within, happiness for simply being. Being me. Being you.

" Since I had plenty of time, I decided to shift my focus to what I could control and was able to change-- my attitude, my priorities and my goals. "
This one hit home, as that is exactly what I'm focusing on at the moment. Building up my mind, my attitude and fire.

Thank you, you are a gift!

  7. thanks for posting this -I think I missed it before!

  8. i'd like to leave a longer comment telling you how happy this post made me, but maybe simple ideas should be expressed simply.

so...this made me smile deep down. thanks. :]

  9. Thank you so much for your comment on yoga--I was starting to think that I was a little crazy with my relationship between ED and yoga.
I hope that you can do yoga again. I struggled in group classes with mirrors where I have a membership (its a workout center), so I found a smaller yoga studio with small classes. It is actually why I am doing the private classes for a few times, to just get yoga back before I can really just be in the classes. It is expensive, but I think it will be worth it (the person I am doing them with charges $50 per hour and a half, but I think that is reasonable)

  10. yay, YOU!

thank you x100 for your sweet comments. looking forward to see your blog unfold, as always!

    all my love.
